1.6 BedReads may delegate the operation, management, or execution of these Services to its affiliates or third-party partners without requiring additional user authorization. We will strive to notify users of any significant operational changes via website announcements, in-app messages, or emails.
1.7 To enhance user experience, you agree that BedReads may analyze user data to optimize our Services.
2.1 BedReads determines the specific features of the Services, which may include publishing reviews, images, and sharing links. We reserve the right to upgrade or alter the Services and will notify users of significant changes.
2.2 Certain features may be offered as premium, paid services. You must pay the designated fees to access them. BedReads will clearly indicate when a service requires payment, and you will only be charged upon your confirmation. 2.3 You acknowledge that BedReads provides only the technical infrastructure for the Services. You are responsible for procuring your own devices (phones, computers) and paying any associated network or data fees required to access the platform.

4.5 By publishing content on BedReads, you grant us the right to use and license this content for promotional purposes across our associated platforms, without altering your fundamental ownership rights.
4.6 You must maintain a respectful tone and avoid infringing on the personal rights of other users.
4.11 Any official warnings, notices, or rules published via in-app messages or platform announcements are considered part of this agreement.
4.12 BedReads holds the right to monitor, review, and moderate user behavior and published content.
4.13 If you encounter infringing or illegal content, please utilize the platform's reporting tools. We will investigate and address the issue promptly in accordance with relevant laws.
5.1 BedReads retains full ownership and intellectual property rights over the platform and its proprietary products.
5.2 "Proprietary products" include all software, interfaces, and tools provided by BedReads.
5.3 Except for user-generated content or third-party licensed materials, all platform code, designs, and data belong to BedReads.
5.4 You may encounter third-party tools within BedReads. You must respect the intellectual property rights of these third parties.
5.5 Therefore, you agree that:

8.3 If BedReads suspects you have violated these rules, we reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including modifying content or restricting your account. You bear any resulting losses (e.g., lost promotional revenue).
8.4 "Necessary measures" may include: deleting content, muting the account, restricting features, permanent banning, and reporting to legal authorities.
9.1 BedReads may update this agreement at any time. Modified terms will be published on the platform.
9.2 If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using BedReads. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10.1 BedReads will send official notices via in-app alerts, emails, or platform announcements.

11.1 This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where BedReads' primary operating entity is registered.
11.2 Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the designated international arbitration center in the operating jurisdiction.
12.1 If any clause herein is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses remain fully enforceable.
12.2 BedReads' failure to immediately enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
